Conference Room Express

Conference Room Express (CRE) is a facilities reservation solution delivered to enterprise IP telephones and IP endpoints supported by the DashPhone Application Server™.

Using CRE, company staff can now conveniently check existing reservations for conference rooms and other facilities, make new reservations, and modify existing ones, on their IP phones.

CRE turns the IP phone sitting in the conference room into a reservation or schedule display terminal. Using CRE companies can also use IP phones in wall mount position at the entrance of public halls or meeting rooms to display the schedule of meetings or presentations.

In addition to enterprises, CRE can be used by hotels, convention facilities and conference buildings to implement an effective and yes affordable solution for meeting room and conference hall management.
